i forget what they call it, but there is a new york style deli in the new york new york hotel in vegas and they make a sandwich with hot turkey, pastrami and beef brisket that is the best thing ever!

When I used to eat meat, I'd have to say either the B.L.T or a Roast Beef sandwich with some tomato, some lettuce, some mayo, some mustard and some god damn cheese.

But now I don't eat my meats so I like chicken sandwiches

Damn, this is a hard question... I'll have to go with the Philly cheese steak melt, if made properly, preferably by a man of mediterrarean background from the east coast (who washes his hands on a regular basis, a rarity among such sandwich artists).

Either that, or Perfectly Normal Beast sandwich, a la Arthur Dent.
