Favorite Rollercoaster?

i havent been on many rollercoasters but my favorite has to be Le Monstre at La Ronde. its sketchy as hell because its all wood and the ride is just like a waterfall of centrifical force pouring down on you for the whole ride.

Kingda ka at great adventure, x2 at magic mountain, millenium force at ceder point, el torro at great adventure, batwing at america, idk to many. I enjoy anything fast and smooth. A lot of parks are stepping it up these days

I only went there once. Some cool rides for sure. We hit everything. The french canadians were a bitch to deal with though. We seemed to meet all the assholes.

Also a moth infestation. Like a blizzard of moths, it was unreal. They were splatting all over your face on the rides. The windshield on the drive out of there. one of the stranger things I've ever come across

Bizarro at six flags new england (used to be called superman ride of steel)

voted best roller coaster in the world like 5 years in a row or something by winning the golden ticket or something like that

i used to be quite the roller coaster enthusiast

Man I havent been on one in about 8 years, but I'd have to say ghost Rider at Knottsberry Farm in SoCal. Big old wooden rollercoaster with just a shitty bar that latches 6 inches above your lap with a huge drop. Scares the shit outta me I love those way more than the new style metal super harness ones. Although a lot of those are still super fun, just cant remember names. Whatever is at Busch Gardens in Tampa, rode pretty much everything there.

Kingda Ka bitches, 128 mph

holy fuck. i'd ride that and shit my pants on the way down! the most intense i've ever been on is the goliath at six flags in montreal, which is essentially like the behemoth i think at canadas wonderland or wherever in ontario? but yeah. the first drop literally feels like you're falling off a building.

kingda ka FTW!!!! also top fuel dragster is almost the same thing. it just goes 4mph slower or someting like that, but the good thing about it is the safety bar only goes across your lap. where as kingda ka is a lap and chest restraint.

Favorite: Millennium Force. 310ft high. First drop is absolutely GUT wrenching from the back of the train. You go about 15 MPH up the hill as it is, so you fucking FLY over the top.

And a VERY close second: Top Thrill Dragster.

0-120 MPH in about 3 seconds, 420 feet high straight up and down. Holy shit most exhilarating acceleration ever.

Sorry for mass pics, couldn't help myself.

i rode top thrill at cedar point and it was so fucking fast you can't even tell what's going on lol

Dragster_6.jpg

so fucking fun!

but my fave is either millennium force or maverick

ya the to thrill dragster is fucking nuts. feels like you about to run into a brick wall when your goin 120 mph from 0 degree straight to a 90 degree slope.

Millenium is by far my favorite. its fast, has alot of hills, an its a pretty long ride

I can still vividly remember that thing from like 4ish years ago when it first opened. Craziest suspense waiting for the launch. I really want to go to cedar point again now ha

fuck yea. Cedar point is awesome. get to go at least once a year. being on the point makes um that much better. millennium force is pretty untopable, but Raptor, Top thrill, and mavericks are all close seconds

i like the wooden roller coaster in the pne the best. its a bit mellow but nothing beats a wooden roller coaster

Cedar Point looks super dope. Magic Mountain has some pretty sweet rides. X2 was pretty sweet, but it definitely didn't disorient me like they claim it does. I hit my head super hard on that ride too. Goliath is sweet because I like going fast.

goliath is the illest at magic mountain. hollywood tower is so sick at disney world, as is the aerosmith coaster where all i can remember is the first acceleration from 0-60 in 2 seconds straight into 2 loops and then it just gets crazy

People should be specific. 6 flags are everywhere. I've been on the goliath the millenium, the x2, the top thrill the kinda ka and many other.

roller coasters are mad fun, not into them anymore. Kinda ka is the tallestest and fastest. Milllenium is the tallest and fastest lift hill and that cable is erie at night. x is just crazy. so many good rides.

kinda ka in six flags new jersey and bizarro (formerly superman) at six flags new england. I live very near the second one and its like the 360 done it SO many times and it never gets old

i visited cedar point over 14 times in 1 one summer /claim

i got a roll back on top thrill dragster /claim (this is when the cart doesn't have enough speed to clear the top and it rolls down backwards and they have to shoot you off again)

and maverick is the best. millennium force is just a floaty boaty ride. first drop and after that there are only like 2 airtime spots.

if you ride raptor at cedar point you must ride very front seat in the far right for the most G forces.

also fun thing to try

after you sit in every coaster in the front, sit in the very back.

the very back is way underrated

word that is my favorite roller coaster by far. the seats have built in speakers, there is a 220 ft drop into a tunnel filled with fog, it goes 77 mph, and the whole ride is real smooth and fast.

and unlike most roller coasters, such as millennium force, there is a hill after the first drop. i absolutely love that. i would like the coaster a lot less if you went straight into the banked 180 degree turn right after the drop. also, bizarro has so much air time its ridiculous. millennium force has like 3 ups n downs the entire ride, the rest is just going straight. bizarro not only has the awesome air time hills, but those helixes are fucking nuts when the forces push you into your seat

Millennium Force and Raptor

The Dragster is cool to do once, but not worth it if you have to wait in line for it. It would be cool if you got stuck at the top of the hill though. That's happened twice

one time in the spring in 2008 they let us re-ride top thrill without running around the platform. it was sweet. we just had to exit the coaster and get back in it for safety check.

Who underrates the back? Everyone knows thats where you get wipped around the most. And you get faster speeds for a longer time on the hills.
