Favorite Resorts of Western CO?

I'm living in Grand Junction, and its August so of course I'm dreaming of skiing. Just curious where everyone is going to be riding this winter....

I moved out here for school and I ski at Powderhorn quite a bit but havn't really gotten too far away from that. I love Phorn its a great little mountain, but where do you like to shred and WHY!?

COME ON WINTER....
 
I lived in GJ and went to Telluride and it is pretty pretty awesome, also Silverton is pretty sweet. Also Aspen isn't that bad of a drive either
 
cb or monarch. wolf creek is sick as well as durango cant really go to wrong in western co powderhorns even a lot of fun when you have snow.
 
Wolf Creek is sick, its a little small though, and becomes real flat at certain parts. Sick Sick Sick Pow though, my Favorite area is Waterfall, lots of nice cliffs and well spaced trees.

 
CB. I've never scared myself shitless skiing so much in-bounds terrain. Great town too. Laid back and relaxed. Go to the last steep. they serve you mickeys 40oz in a bucket of ice.

 
Wolf Creek is NOT small. With all the slackcountry off of the pass (Please, be VERY careful when going out of bounds [hell evn when you're in bounds] because avalanches are SO common.
 
I got one of the best burgers there last spring. Burger with teriyaki grilled pineapple, jalepenos, and a big slab of cream cheese
 
come into the west end right across the street and you will get served a delicious burger by a fellow newschooler.
