What magazine do you like most and why? Have you had problems with any? Everyone rant and rave about ski mags.

I like Freeskier the best because of there layouts and high quality content. I also like how there indy so all of the content is core and they care about the sport, not only money.

 
I like Skiing magazine. the content is tyte and the adds are amazing. wow that is all I can say. I love the way they are pushing the sport in new directions.

FREEZE is my favorite cuz they have been with the sport since the beginning and the publishers are hilarious... also they have some pretty sick pics in the FREEZER section

Freeze is junk. They don't show what is happening in the ski industry, they just tell you what is cool and what isn't. They were core when they started, but I doubt that they give a shit at all anymore. There pictures are average. There stories are boring. And there layouts are messy. And talk to people that work there. They all hate working for Freeze.

 
i wasn't a fan of skiing magazine till i saw the best ad in the world - the skiers edge. i wanna be able to carve as good as the dude in the ad.

freeskier and freeze all the way they show the sport how its supposed to be showen they also have sweet editorials and stories.

 
ski canada has to be the best.. it has a nice elaborate mix of racing fags, old fags, and if theres time a pic or 2 of a mute grab.. cant ask for much more!

Freeze is my favorire. Ski canada has like 25 pgs in it and it seems pretty lame to me.But freeze is a bitch about getting shit sent out on time

 
forget all those, check out this new mag, SKI. it has ads for all the hottest mountains (deer valley) and cars (lexus). and no one can touch their food and real estate reviews.

Freeze is a good magazine but the people there suck. I got my first issue in february right after i subscribed and then i saw the spring issue in like march and i called them 3 times before they sent it to me in mid august. I would have to say Stuff Magazine is the best.

Freeze is a good mag, but not the best company, i was supposed to get a hat from them, that was 8 months and 5 fone calls ago and still no hat. But still good mag.

My friend asked me if i wanted to lay out or go water skiing, and thats when i realized that i dint want to answer this question and or any other aquatic sports question and i didn't want to see any of these people again. Next thing I new I went nuts.

 
freeze is the best followed by freeskier, all the others are shit.

Freeze is by leaps and bounds the best magazine out. And they employ some of the coolest people. Plus they put on some super tight events.

i used to get powder and freeze but i didnt re-new it, and anyways i like freeze, look forward to gettin it, althuogh when i first subcribed it took forver to get my first issue and it was kinda ripped, then like 2 days later i got 2 issues at once both bent and ripped, so i dunno what the deal was with that

i have powder and freeze subscribtion but havent seen any powder mag stuff at all yet so FREEZE it is

SBC Skier for sure, they have an awesome mix of stuff, good layout, their articles are really good reads and they are always up to date, the only bad thing about them is there is only 3 issues a year, it would be nice if they made the mags throughout the summer maybe it would make it go by faster. I don't really like freeskier for some reason, and Freeze doesn't interest me other then the pictures, so Skier it is.
