De La Soul is also some good chill rap ... (check out Stakes is High you'll know what I mean)

... a lot of Pete Rock's stuff... his work with CL Smooth, his Soul Survivor albums, his productions for Nas, the jazzy beats Premier made, some Mos Def tracks (the album Black Star with Talib Kweli), shit by Madlib and J Dilla (big DUH), Pharoahe Monch, Dream Warriorz ( old school canadian hip-hop ... very chill and jazzy)
