I can't pick a favorite-- different favorites with different things. I love bleu cheese on a good steak. I love havarti on a sandwich. I like a good sharp cheddar. White cheddar. Parmesan is so good.

I've also been known to devour brie with my hands like cake after drinking too much.

The moral of the story is that cheese is awesome....mmm plus fresh mozzarella and ricotta, oh ricotta...

Cant eat brie though. I got food poisoning from bad brie once and its kinda been ruined for me.
