Then you should slap some bartenders in the face with a shovel. A jager bomb is made only one way: half a can of Red Bull in a glass or mug, 1 oz. Jager. Drop it and drink it. That's it. Any other way, and you're making something else.

 
well i request it on the rocks and they know i want it as a mixed drink....they're expensive at the bars and i like my redbull. whatever, its booze alright

 
Then just get a vodka red and be done with it, or do what you want, but don't confuse the recipe issue. There are already too many ways to make a kamikaze without people messing with other drinks.

 
why would you request a jagerbomb on the rocks? that's just asking for the heimlic manuever.
