I think Morrison is the best in skiing right now. He throws down in the back bigger than anyone and hes got the skill and experience to rival anyone. Yes the PE's are a kick ass ski. A very good investment.

i used to dig tanner, but he's just a punk and his style has grown old fast.

anyway, he had to bow out of the halfpipe and that young kid took him place.

anyway Seth is sick and Shane is good too, but it's tough because most people are judging by what they see in ski movies and if they throw something down and it doesn't get on tape...no one knows about it.

take candide for example, everyone know he goes huge, but 2weeks ago, probably a handful of people knew how much better in the pipe he is...compared to everyone else. 20ft airs are crazy! and he has mad style.

C.R. is no stranger to air either, he probably would have won if he didn't deck out. that 9 was about 20ft (so they said) that gets much respect!

 
you guys seem to be forgetting alot of the actual 'freeriders' who ski big mountain and kick ass at it- like davenport, cummings, hagen, black, kreitler- they are all so good at what they do, skiing absolutely any type of terrain and making it look like nothing. i'm definietly a huge fan of seth, but i'd say my favorite freerider is probably micah black- hes such a great skier, and he skis everything with such confidence and 'immortality' if you will...i love his style and his attitude. both show that he is a force to be reckoned with

I was amazed at how big candide has been going latley, not only in the superpipe but his MASSIVE 120ft (i think) flatspin 5, and his whole segment in happy dayz. That's why candide is my fav.

Pep is definetly my all time favorite new schooler no one compares to him in my book. i met him last summer before a lot of people knew about him and he just absolutley kicked ass and immediatley became my fav. not only is he wikid sick at skiing, but hes also a wikid cool guy, and hes a mad pimp

the best big mountain skiier is another no contest, Seth Morrison. I met him last summer too and he is just the coolest. he rips up the most insane stuff, and not only that but he does the most insane things off cliffs. hes undoubtley the best big moutain skiier. and just like pep hes fucking awesome. the most chill guy ive ever met

jon, candide, steele, mickael, pep, rex. i'm so over tanner and his little corporate posse following him around at all the events - it's pretty disgusting. oakley team dude greg strokes and others all walk in a line behind him, it's sad. i'm over tanner's attitude too.

it was cool at the us open big air how about 30 other pro riders jumped up and surrounded mickael deschenaux after his jump against tanner. they were all so stoked and wanted to send a message to the judges that they think other riders actually deserve to get better scores than tanner. a lot of the other pro riders are pretty upset about how tanner is getting higher scores than he deserves (sure the kid is good, but sometimes he doesn't lay it down as well as some of the others). for instance his first qualifying jump in the US open big air - none of them thought it was worth the first place spot. most of the time the judges are made up of the 'has-been' old tahoe posse and they usually score the tahoe/mammoth guys the highest. jon, candide,rex, mickael (up until the big air win), steele, etc. are all getting pretty fed up with competition because of the judging

you all suck..except pipe_munky! hes got it right, its the big mountain skiers and pioneers that are pushing the limits like no other! pehota is such a sick rider, and he's been at it forever. Micah Black is still my favorite, hes such a great person in general, and he pushes it as well.
