I think that Neil Peart(rush) is a Fu*Kin' awesome drummer...has anyone seen the video of his solo? you can download it off kazaa...Lars Ulrich is pretty sweet too..

Yeah, Neils only Amazing, and damn good, my other personal favorites are Daney Carey and Carter Beauford. Also, if you look on Kazaa for this kid named Tony Royster Jr. its like a 12 yr old kid who plays this Amazing solo

i went to a blink182 concert once and during travis' solo they lifted him up on a moving platform and rotated him upside down. it was pretty cool.

I was in the petting zoo, or as I like to call it, the touch me zoo this afternoon. All the animals were retarded. Some lady was breast feeding her baby on a bench nearby, an obvious signal. I sat down uncomfortably close to her and yawned my arm around her shoulder. In her attempt to squirm away, she dropped her baby on the ground. I pretended I was concerned for a second, then I punted it over the fence. She still didn't seem interested in me. Whatever.

Dave Grohl isn't the best drummer ever, but damn he can do it all... I saw them once, during one song he played 4 different instruments. lol he was running all over the place.

Watched Bonham last night....all snaked... Moby Dick...saw this thread....had to comment...hands down, the craziest fuckin thing ever... The film back then was too slow to keep up to his arms moving.... and oh the drugs....

first off...travis sucks..end of story. So many people think hes awesome but in reality all he is..is fast and whatever...i have respect for him but he's way over-rated......anyway, danny carey, josh freese, and tim alexander are some of my favorites.

Dany Carey from Tool-Definately Good

Travis Barker and Chad Sexton (311) both did alot with College drumlines and are very technical... and Lars is pretty good... But not the best

 
Guys all I can say is Travis and Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater) Portnoy is absolutely amazing. If you haven't heard of him...wow.

Definetely portnoy. One of our cadences for drumline at school is called 'home' after the dreamtheatre one. We used to have a glock part for the marching glock, but we don't have that anymore. But its the sweetest cadence that a kid wrote his freshman year.
