Fat tube questions

Hey guys I have a question about fat tubes. I was wondering if they are more slippery than regular rails. My friend said they are so i'm kinda shying away from trying one and I don't really ever slide out on regular ones.

They are slicker but that just means its way harder to stay on the rail. You shouldn't slip out if you can slide normal rails.

Down or flat? IMO tubes are fun but can slide a little different than a regular rail. I don't think they really have a difference in how fast they slide unless one is really smooth and the other is really rough or beat up. Once you hit it a couple times you shouldn't have any problems

Forgot to mention that they are 5x as satisfying as a flat bar or normal rail. It feels so good to slide them especially if they are long

Dear god every rail should be a fat tube. Buttery smooth. Perfect to learn switch ups and scissoring.

more potential to slide forward or backwards off the rail since its not flat - but thats about it.

As long as you have your center of gravity figured out, you're fine. Plus it'll step up your flat rail game so much - if theres a double tube rail at your park, try that out first - its the best of both worlds.

at my hill they are usually more slippery but easy to learn new tricks on, easier to stay on, easier to commit to, just send it.
