so, i read in the paper today (well, it was in yesterdays paper, but i didn't read it until today, but that's not important) that they have started to develop a drug for fat people so they can loose weight.

isn't that what diet pills (speed) is? fat people shouldn't be allowed to have a simple solution like popping a pill to loose weight... too lazy for their own good.

While yes there are a lot of fat people that are just plain lazy, that is not all of them. I am fat and have stumped doctors, nutricianists, and endochronologist's (gland doctor's) as to my size.

Some people do just seem to be genetically dispositioned to be bigger (which is why there was research into gene therapy for obesity).

Furthermore, I've always been big, and always been active and healthy as a horse too. People need to open their eyes to the fact that not all fat people are lazy. The generalization is no better than thinking a white person is better than a black person, but we all know racism is wrong.

For all the skinny kids out there, get off your holier than thou soap box and maybe try talking to some fat kid. They might be more active and healthy than you, and if not, try to motivate them, not make fun of em (all that accomplishes is it makes the problem worse).

i had a fat friend once. his dad was fat, his mom was fat. his older sister was fat... but his younger sister (who was two years younger than us) was not fat (well, she had a little pudge, but nothing compared to the rest of the family)...

i don't know what i mean by this, just saying.

i used to have some chunk on me. but i jsut cut the eating down and lived and active life and eventually i became the sexy man i am today. you could be jsut like me. but your habbits make you fat. i'm sorry but your stomache works the same as mine does with food. same as every god damn animal in this world. and if you think you're fat because you were born that way you're dreamin. what things unhealthy do you do? there has to be something. i do plenty of unhealthy things, but i do more healthy things. which makes me stay lean and mean. however i need to work out more so i stay muscular instead of non muscular. so at least you fat asses have that goin for ya. you work out everyday carrying all that weight. i have to go into a gym to get that kind of work out.

plus you can set your drinks on your belly and shit. there are so many advantages to being fat. you jsut don't see it that way, you idolize us skinnies.

i know about the obesity gene and stuff but for the fat asses that dont have it they need to lift some weights and change there damn eating habits... im done

While many people do simply need to change their eating and excerise habits, many are actually healthy and exercise a lot, just overweight. Think about it, the world works by the theory of averages after all, how many people do you al know that can eat anything, however much they want, hardly ever exercise, and yet are skinny as a rail. I've known more than a couple of them. Now think about it, all they are is the opposite of those that are doing everything right, and are still overweight. Now again, I'm not saying the stereotypes are completely unfounded, as they do apply to some overweight people, however the over use of generalizing that fat = lazy/unhealthy is what I take offense to.

There is no wonder drug for lazyness. I would just like to see some research done into helping those that aren't lazy and aren't unhealthy.

fuck fat ppl, with the time and money they take for the reasearch of those fucking pills, they cuda spent the money on better shit. Fat ppl don't need a fucking pill, all they have to do is get their asses off the couch and run.

the reason they spent time on it is because theres a huge demand for a magic fat pill, do you know how much money the person who finds that will make
