ok im looking for a fat jibstick i was thinking of line elizabeths, rossi scratch bc wrs, rossi scratch brigade, 4frnt vct and line chronic blends. i want to be able to ski powder good so i guess a jibby powder ski, that will kill on rails, booters, tables, and all that good stuff. and when i say rails i mean rails at the park not urban. price doesnt really matter, but im leanning twords the elizabeths, and cratch bc. i like the blends but they just dont seem to have the width for powder. tell me what you think and what i should go with

thanks a ton,

bobby

The Elizabeth and Scratch BC are two totally different skis. 12mm of waist width between them, the Lizzie being pretty damn soft, and the Scratch being supportive yet flexible at least to me, it's not stiff. Maybe check out the Live Life as well as the Lizzie, if that's the end of the spectrum you are leaning towards.

any body knwoi anything about any of these skis? i dont think i want the blends unlless the 08's are softer than the 07's, any body know?

I was gonna say Bacon, but it's too tall for you and probably too wide.

Ummmm you want a ski that can do powder, and hit rails and park. I'd say Lizzy is your best bet.

Get the Lizzy man!! I skied this years at a demo two weeks ago and the thing rips so much!! They are soft but that's what you're looking for in a jib/powder ski. The day was really hardpack for colorado but they still held an edge. Super stable on the couple of rails they had set up and ski switch awsome!!

In the examples you gave up there you are really comparing apples to oranges.

The Blend is a great ski, but it's not really a jib ski or a powder ski. It's solid all mountain but it is not soft enough for what you want nor is it wide enough for any real powder.

The Scratch BC kills it everywhere but is kinda the same story.

The Lizzy is a great pick and so is the SFB is you want to go a little bigger all around. They are wide enough for powder and they are soft and almost symmetrical for jibbing.

Another GREAT pick that no one has mentioned is the MOMENT MELEE. It is a symmetrical jib ski, but massively wide (120mm waist). It is probably exactly what you are looking for and they are very reasonably priced.

I have only got to use them once and i had to hike for it , but i LOVE my ninthward rory silvas, they are 111 mm underfoot and sooo nice. They are amazingly light as well. I poached a few hits on this little booter and loved them. If i was you i would check them out.

i picked these, hopefully they are good, but she gets my blood going, so i should be good

i thought you already bought the lizzys? and they are really the only ski that would fit in the category of "fat jibstick" other then maybe the VCT's.
