Fast internet/Slow videos

Alright, so my down speed on my internet is roughly 15mbps....But for some reason I always have to wait ages for shit to load and quality is generally crap. Any idea why?

-Take your phone and anything else off of Wi-Fi.-Reset your router

-Change from WEP to WPA

-Use a wired connection
