Hey guys this winter i don't have enough money for a jacket so i was just gonna get a hoodie and layer under. Today i found out about the company fasc from the thread about the news and i never heard of them before. There stuff is pretty nice and free shipping but its pretty expensive. Do you guys know if these hoodies are good quality and warm? or would a company like first drop be better? thanks. + k for answers!

Where do you ski? Hopefully somewhere quite dry, a hoodie is not going to be that waterproof. I would recomend trying to get a secondhand jacket, rather then a hoody. Or if you know anyone who works in the industry get them to pro deel you a jacket. That way it will be cheap, but actually keep you warm and dry.

And regarding layering, the layers you would need to saty warm would prob cost as much as a decent jacket. Tech layers do not come cheap.

i mean its a pretty stupid idea. but they have the "shread hoodies" that are supposed to be for skiing. but after the currency conversion you might aswell buy a jacket from like moment on sale.

FASC is nice but it's not a jacket. And by like toasty said, after alls said and done with the currency converter you may as well just buy a jacket

some of their sweatshirts say (shred hoodie) and those hoodies are insulated and made for skiing in

It says that they will keep u warm to -10 degrees celsius. Is this true? Im from the east coast and pretty much only ski park so its really not that cold often.

Im not sure if they will keep you warm at that low of a temperature, I mostly wear jackets skiing. Sorry that doesn't help

i got a fasc shred hoody it cost 109€ but its damn sick.just ride with this hoody i do not need a jacket. can recommend that shit ;-)

You should be fine with a hoodie, as long as its dry where you ski..

I never use a jacket when I'm skiing (except on Pow days) and I'm never cold..

Mons Royale base layer + a tee + back protector + tall tee + hoodie, keeps me warm down to -20 degrees Celsius..

for the $100+ your gonna spend on a fasc hoodie your could probably get a decent jacket in the sell trade forum n

i got one aswell and it keeps me warm, i´m riding in europe.if there is a bluebird day and the hoody don't get wet it keeps you warm for a long time
