So i checked the almanac at the beggining of ocotber and kept an eye on the weather to see if it was believeable and some what accurate. for those of you who do not know what the farmers almanac is, it is a season overview of the weather. Predicting what the conditions will be up to 2 months in advance. The almanac was soooooo close to being dead on. It says that the North East will have a very high snowfall rate this season. with the possibility of having one of the best winters (in terms of snowfall and for ski resort) in over 10 years. So for all of us east coast skiers and snowboards lets prepare and be patient for a hefty season! and check the almanac out. CANT WAIT FOR IT TO SNOW!!!!!!!

ahhhh forecasting over a week in advance is another form of scientific guessing, never hurts to be optimistic though!
 
i dont get my hopes up, that way im not dissapointed later, in act i expect below average snowfall so if it does snow im extra happy.
 
That is a terrible way to go through life. Think positive and if it doesn't happen don't be disappointed, make the most of it.
 
The chances of a weatherman on Sunday getting the saturday forcast remotely correct is less than 5%, how the hell do the figure out months in advance? I hope its right though.
