had my first draft tonight but not sure how to post without making a shitshow lol

Post your draft after so we can tell you it sucks. Thats how draft critiques work, right?

key to success, not drafting before week 4 of pre-season. honestly with big name receivers like jordy nelson from Green Bay and kevin white from Chicago, that can really fuck your roster, also for when people like fred jackson gets dropped. i mean he's a solid back too.

patience is a virtue

I chose Aaron Rodgers last year with first pick and took a lot of shit from my buddies. He absolutely went off and I was laughing in their face. Draft A-Rod.

yeah draft A-rod when he doesn't have nelson for the whole season and no cobb for a few weeks too.

don't listen to this guy, only qb that should be taken 1st round is luck, load up on backs cause they're in short supply this year

Cobb is fine and Davante Adams is a rising star. Rodgers makes anyone look good.

not saying he won't be a top 5 QB, just saying I wouldn't use my 1st round pick on him, I waited till 7th round and still got Matt Ryan who is top 10, but that's usually how i draft

Thats because you can find good qbs ib mid rounds still. After the second round good rbs are basically gone. Much more of a dropoff at rb than qb

What I meant to say was that I was too drunk to screenshot. Copy paste was giving some unformatted nonsense. If I remember later I'll post it up

So I can pick up Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, Dante Cullpepper, or LaDainian Tomlinson, but I can't pick up Jarryd Haynes on the 49ers... WTF ESPN.

Also, start who, McFadden v NYG or Crowell v NYJ.

Crowell has the starting job last i heard and it sounds like the cowboys either dont know or wont tell us who the main back is going to be. Id go with crowell

Alfred Blue vs. Carolina

Donte Moncreif vs. Jets

Its for my flex

Hmmmm i dont like morris against the rams at all.

Out of all those id personally play moncrief, especially if hilton and cromartie are out

So I have an RB question for you guys. I have 4 of them, need to play 2. Help me out here. Full PPR, 14 team

Lamar Miller - Playing the jaguars, I think this is the safest pick

David Johnson - Playing the bears, Ellington is hurt, Johnson sucks, could this be the week he sees the majority of the touches? His 55yd TD last game looks good at 14 points, but that's one catch.

Woodhead - Playing the bengals, I think another safe pick when playing Cin

Dion Lewis - Playing the Bills, yes its an NE RB, I had Vereen last year, I know how this goes, but if you watched the game last week he killed it. He had that fumble on the 1 sucked, but he looks like a solid player moving forward

This is not for the NS league, so I'm hoping y'all can help.

Do I start Stewart, Tevin Coleman or Sankey?

Stew is projected the most, but I've heard some talk about how he could have a tough week vs HOU defense and I agree.

Coleman could be a safe play, he is clearly RB1 for ATL and theyre playing the Giants so who knows.

Sankey is more of a risk but he could have another big game? Cle defense gave up a bunch to Ivory...

HELP

Miller for sure,

David Johnson is interesting to me. Chris johnson will definitely take the majority of the ground touches, but Dave will be taking all the passes, which leads me to say for your full point ppr that he would be a great play.

Woodhead could be a bust, melvin might see the ball more this week.

I'd bail on Dion, Blount is back.

Arians said chris johnson is gonna be the main back. I bet david sees the ball a few more times but its impossible to know. Id wait on him.

Woodhead is the back on passing downs and he even had the goaline snaps last week. Id play him over johnson.

Blount is back and going to be the main back. I wouldnt play lewis

Houston bottled up charles last week pretty good

Coleman is definitely the safest play

Sankey was complete junk last year, but cleveland is not good, at all. He shares with west so theres that. I feel like he has a bigger upside than coleman but he is also a bigger risk. If they get up by a good amount again he will probly have a decent game

Think I'm going to go with Miller and Woodhead this week. I'm really hoping johnson turns into the #1, I got him close to the last round knowing that Ellington would probably get hurt.

Blount coming back means little to Lewis' role, since he is more of the passing/screen play back then a plow it up the middle like Blount. Certainly takes away the goal line touches he may get, but I have Gronk for those :)

or you could draft him when hes still available in the beginning of the 3rd. Never take a qb in round 1 u fool.

Ya i have johnson in 2 leagues. More based on ellington is junk an I figure he will eventually be the starter.

Well ya but last week lewis saw early down action without blount. He will be losing touches this week

With Ty Hilton possibly out, I gotta rearrange my wr/rb/flex

WR1: Antonio brown

WR2: golden Tate, Sammy Watkins, Reuben Randle, or Stevie Johnson

RB1: lesean mccoy (expected to play I think)

RB2: Rashad Jennings, or Danny woodhead

Flex: any one of them. Right now I'm considering putting in woodhead at flex, with Stevie Johnson my wr2. I hate sitting golden tate with his potential, especially vs Minnesota (I think), but Detroit sorta looks shitty

who should I start in the flex? I am currently thinking LeGarrette Blount but im looking for input. My current lineup is:

Qb: Romo

RB:Jeremy Hill

RB:Carlos Hyde

WR: Antonio Brown

WR: Davante Adams

TE: Gronk

FLEX: Blount?

D:Browns

K Hauschka

Bench:

Ty hilton

bills d

ryan matherws

torrey smith

danny amendola

mariota

pierre garcon

wr2 tate

rb2 jennings

flex woodhead

wr2 is a close call so i'd say go with your gut

Brees hasn't played up to par, ?injury with a mediocre Carolina team this week. Can possibly trade him up for Carson Palmer (can't believe his success so far...).

Question is, do I wait on brees getting back to regular form with his 0 receivers, or chance it on Palmer who's looked oddly decent.

Andrew Luck sucks ass

At least you didn't have Tony Romo in a 12 man league. I am now hoping waivers clear so Andy Dalton can be my new starting QB....

Whose available on waivers?

I like Palmer, but he's always had an issue staying healthy and I don't love the idea of trading for an injury prone guy.

Another question for you guys:

I have gronk, 14 team full PPR. Guy wants to trade me Julius Thomas (stashed on my bench) for Percy harvin. I have no idea what to do, I was going to use Thomas as a flex since my flex right now is Marvin jones...Harvin getting injured frightens me and I feel like Thomas is going to turn into a TD machine

Looks like Thomas will be active today

With Marshawn out, should I trust Rawls in my lineup? My alternatives are Melvin Gordon, Andre Williams, or Willie Snead.

Or in another league where I am starting Rawls.. my other options are Charles Clay, Terrance Williams, or Marvin Jones.

Never trade for Percy, if you have Percy, trade him. Percy is a fantasy trap.

If this was me, I'd start Rawls in one and Clay in one.

Terrance williams is average at best and Marvin Jones is trapped in a RB carousel in Washington. Melvin Gordon has been disappointing so far this year, Andre Williams is going to score you 7.5 points. and who is Willie Snead? lol

Seattle really likes to run the ball, if beastmode is out that Rawls should give you decent production. Charles Clay has actually been playing pretty well, last 2 weeks he has like 200 yards and a touchdown and was thrown to more than 10 times last week. Plenty of upside.

Well at least I started him in 1 league... Dude is going off.

Seems like Tyrod Taylor is gonna miss a frw weeks with an MCL sprain. I dont think I can trade him, is he safe to drop for McCown? My other QB is Bortles. And both Tyrod and Bortles have the same bye week.

Dub advice post.

I am annoyed with Lacy, want to trade. Got offered Andre Johnson and Hyde for him. Im thinking of countering for Hyde and James Jones, pretty sure he wont go for that but what do you guys think?

Johnson is garbage, Hyde is garbage, Jones has upside though.

I'd stay with Lacy, hes a boss pimp. I dont think getting a so-so rb + a low end WR1 is worth it.
