What does it involve? I havent done any fantasy stuff before

it involves doing a live online draft at a predetermined time, takes about an hour, and then after you just have to manage your team. It's based on several different categories so you need a team balanced in scoring, 3pt, rebounds, steals, blocks, assists, turnovers, FG% and FT%. Managing generally doesn't require much effort unless people get hurt, but to be successful you want to pick up guys who are playing well and drop guys who suck.
