this sucks i live in alaska and no like famous ppl come ski like tanner hall and stuff. and we have no good parks at all. all the tables r small and they suck. and the ski resorts r huge, my place is only 100 acres, it blows

I'm from alaska but living in New Hampshire now for school. i fucking can't wait to get back there this christmas for some real backcountry and big mounatin ripping. Yes, Alyeska doesnt have shit for a park, but who cares?! they have some of the sickest runs and some of the deepest snow. All these kids these days comming up all just want to ski park. its too bad big mountain shit is't as popular as back in the day.

You shouldn't complain. And why do you care if popular skiers/celebreties ski in AK? You get shit tons of snow, have some of the BEST terrain in the world, and are relatively isoloated from all the fuckin wannabe bullshit that goes on down here in the continental U.S.

yea but there is like nowere to go build a good back country kiker. our best bac country run gets shredded in about 5 min after they open. and if its not pow, its fucking ice, and its like vertical, so theres nowere really 2 build a bck country kiker.

fuck dood. i guess you don't know how to ski alyeska. who cares about terrain parks, we always make our own when we ski, we find the naturals beauties of alyeska. you need to learn to ski that mountain and then you will stop complaining. I learned, and it is the best mountain i have ever skied at. i can't wait for winter break ahhhhH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
