Family Vacation Setup?

Does anyone know what camera, and lens aKrieg uses when he films the episodes for family vacation? Preferably EP.5. Also it looks like theres some kind of filter on the video, anyone know what it could be? Thanks!

I know he uses a t2i. he has a 70-200 and a rode mic. but i dont know his other lenses.

thats not my set up haha, thats his. I actually shoot with a gh2, I think I posted later in that thread, and to iridewisconsin, no problem, I needed a break from studying for finals (though I probably won't be saying that later this week haha)

the 55-200 is around $200, but if you get the f4 non IS, it can be found under $700 new, and I believe under $500 used. I have also heard that the 70-200's are some the greatest lenses that canon makes, not sure if this includes all the models though

I love my 70-200, thats for sure.

And the other guys pretty much nailed it. All I really want to add would be the crucial combo of videomic and deadcat. The deadcat has changed everything about sound for me. Episode 5's sound was probably 95% natural. It is really night or day, I'd probably keep the deadcat over some of my lenses, haha
