So I know this kid who was falsely accused of rape. In 2009 he had just turned 18 and and was accused of raping a 12 year old girl. He faced 40 years in jail and was released on a $2000 bail after spending one night in jail. Now this girl is messed up, she would carve his name into her arm with paperclips because she was mad that he wouldn't have a relationship with her. After this he has been ridiculed and even had to quit school second semester senior year. He ended up getting home schooled and graduating with his class but this whole thing was completely unfair. He is still made fun of and gets bullied all the time even though he is 19 now and over a year has passed since it happened. I just wanted to share this with new schoolers and see your reponces. Remember he was FALSELY accused and he now lives in a constant hell in a very small town. Just throwin this shit out there
 
the girls story is that they were hanging out at the school with one of the girls friends and my friend took her under the bleachers and told her they were going to have sex and forced it upon her. He was accused with 2 charges of rape, 2 counts of vandalism and 2 counts of buglary for aledagly breaking into the school. According to the girls story they walked down the only hall in the school that has a video camera. also the only way into the gym. Funny thing is, at no point that night was anyone seen walking down that hallway on the camera when it was reviewd
 
Yea there was a rape exam on the girl and it turned out that she was not raped. The point is he was not guilty but he still lives in hel because of it
 
so it should be no issue then, no one is going to believe a 12 year old girl in this situation
 
this also supposedly happened on 2 different nights, right after eachother.... which doesnt make sense...why would the girl come back...
 
well that sucks for that guy.

but how the fuck was he sent to jail? like honestly. there are more holes in this story then swiss cheese
 
but becuase he lives in such a small town he constantly lives in hell because everyone belived the girl at first and people are hesitant to change their views
 
Obviously if he spent a night in jail it was quickley resolved?

This kind of shit happens all the time... happened with a teacher at my high school. The girl was never charged with purgry because of her age but admitted to lying after desperatly changing stories when she realize how much trouble she would be in for lying. After months in court and total innocence Lost his job, fiance and reputation for ever...!
 
if there is such a story about it, why cant he just talk to a judge and get his rep cleaned and her sent to a mental hospital.
 
i think he's saying that despite it being quickly discovered he did not rape her gossip doesn't hold court and he still bears the treatment of a sex offender
