well i am still nervous to hit the jumps fakie, i dont want my skis to dig in, they probably wont i got a raised enough tail to be considered a twin tip, so how do ya go about doin it? any comments! or advice

 
what kinda skis you skiing on??

try it off a smaller hit your first time, stay pretty centered on your skis, and make sure you have enough speed, cuz you generally feel like you're going faster than you really are when you're skiing fakie. good luck.

if it isnt all chunky and stuff you should be fine, i was doin crap switch without any tip, well, like 1cm, but you should be fine, yopu fall, dont do it again with them

I started with just getting super comfortable with skiing fakie first - take half a day and only ski fakie, working up your comfort level with speed. Start with a smaller hit and make sure to get your speed up - nut up and stomp tha bitch.

Oh ... and make sure that when you pop, you kinda pop up and back (in the direction of the hit) as it's really easy to land super-backseat if you're not careful. Good luck.

 
ya i dont have a problum skiing fakie, i am worried about when ya ride up the hit that my skis might catch, has anyone had this happen!

you to be patience so your edges dont dig in, wait at least til the binding is on the edge of the lip to start rotating anything, AT LEAST i recommend after but watever

spinning switch came natural to me.....i was doin switch 3s before regualr 3s. switch ones are way easier than a zero id go for that first, also just keep on your toes when your skiing switch make sure your going fast even though its scarier, you arnt going as fast as it feels!

whenever i ski switch, if i get some speed up, i just like naturally do a reverse snow plow, like my mind won't let me ski switch fast. its weird.

skiing/ spinning switch is really really ez once u get used to it. the #1 mistake skiers make spinning switch is not keepin their heads turned the way u want to spin....that is basically the trick to spinning anything. just remember to always keep ur head turned! oh...and u dont have to huck urself hard to spin anyhting...try diff. ways of spinning and one will come natural to u so u dont have to huck or force your spin.
