mine isnt even opening, i dl and install it and it pops up in the dock, bounces about twice and then disappears. I have a Mac, OS_X, G5.

if this game had tricks set ups like dna spin, that allowed better smoother rotation and trick possibilities, it would be crazy! It's like DNA Spin in a 3d mode, that would be soo sick. Its a super fun game but i cant throw cork 3 and 5's and sloow style spins like i can in dna.

^it takes some practise, but you may notice that spins start off slow and speed up. Just quickly let go and hold down again to keep nice slow rotations. For cork 3s you have to tap the down arrow at the right time in your rotation, and tap the up arrow to get out. Im getting prety close to pulling every trick smooth, and its fun because its so hard.

The game is amazing, its hard but really fun... i just kind of line up with the rail and spin 90, and then it lands on the rail and starts grinding and then when i get near the end i hope i dont fall... it seems to be about a 50/50 chance. anyway great game

To netspammer: to grind rails you don't have to spin 90. Just do a little jump (by pressing space a lil' time) just in front of the rail, the rider place himself (I mean in a 90° angle) on the rail. But beware being aligned with the rail when you want to grind, 'cuz you have to go through the whole rail to go out without falling.

Doin' grinds is hard but it's cool when you place one, and it earn a lot of points too...

 
To ItsBackFliptime: you're surely not the only one, this flashing screens occurs during menus right? Probably in fullscreen mode... Just try various opengl settings at startup, you will probably find a some that are comfortable for your graphic chipset. Don't forget to try windowed mode too, sometimes the game runs better in this mode,

i tried about every openGL setup i could, but i've only been able to get the game up to about 3 frames per second. my computer doesn't suck that bad, and my laptop has the same problem. i think it's cause it only lets me use 800x600 mode. there are no other resolution choices. 640x480 would almost certanly make the game faster for those of us with PCs that are more than 3 years old.

Yea ive been playing version one for several months... this game is hard to get used to but SOOOO Much better than DNA Spin once you get used to it. i love it so much. BUT FUJEYLA: i cant get version 2 to work on my month-old mac. I click it (just like the other dudes) and it bounces on the menu bar a few times and then just stops. HELP!

to land in halfpipes you must be in the same direction as the slope of the side of the pipe you want to land on... the game don't do it for you... I mean if you jump in the left side of the pipe, you have to make you rider look at the right side to land successfully (but not looking backward right of course).

Ok, for mac users, did you successfully install the FFC12Libs package (in addition of the FFC12Core package)?

What MacOSX version do you have (I've only tested FFC on a 10.1.5)?

If you launch the /Applications/Utilities/Console before lauching the game and then you launch the game, is there any message in the Console application window after the game exited? if so, give it to me...

 
hey fujeyla.... im having problems, everytime i try to play a screen that says screen configurations and stuff on it (black with white writing) comes up and whatver i click, it doesnt work, a screen pops up saying there ws an error....HELP ME!

To Fujeyla: Ia it possible to land corked spins in this game? Like Cork 3,5, and 9? Or D-Spins for that fact? I can only do smooth lookin' straight spins with the Deschenaux tailgrab..

yup, it barely runs on my P3 650 w/ 256mb ram. like 2fps. if i could lower the resolution, it would make it alot easier.

This game gets about 10x better once you figure out how to remove the techno and add your own music...

go to:

fakieflairchallenge>data>bg musics

delete the 4 audio tracks and copy any songs you want to play in the game into the 'bg musics' folder and tadaaaaa, no more techno headache.
