Fakes

yeah a fake id in colorado is prob the worst idea ever. i dunno how aspen rolls, but my experience with every town is that the cops are complete douchebags and will fuck you over. i highly recommend getting in good with people to hook you up at the bar instead of a fake. my cousins had fakes and came out to visit and both got arressted for underage drinking
 
well they didnt get caught with the fakes, the just fell asleep at the fire outside jakes dive bar, the shitty part is that they are deaf, so it was hard for them to respond to the cops and the cop put down on their papers that the were unresponsive. but when they got their blood alcohol level back it was pretty obvious that they were wasted also. i think they had like a .17 BAC. also the cops were pretty chill about it and charged them with underage instead of public drunkeness. needless to say, my whole family loves me now for getting my cousins arrested on their spring break
 
I've grown up in colorado all my life and never have really had a problem with fakes. the key is to drop a lot of money on one and get a really nice one or if you can find someone who looks like you buy theirs from them. About half my friends have fakes and we go to some pretty classy bars and clubs in downtown Denver and they hardly ever have a problem. As I said just make sure you get a really nice one you might have to drop a bunch of dough but it will definatly be worth it.
 
oh totally, but it depends where its from. if you have a new jersey fake (which all their id used to be is laminated paper) then its def not going to work. but if you have a good CO one or anywhere in the west then its usually not a problem. its just my cousins fakes were the worst ever...well one was a legit id, just not him, and the other was a piece of paper on top of a hotel key or something....just terrible haha
