Anyone skied a pair yet? If so what's your thoughts. I like my arv 86s but they fell apart. I have had not the best luck in the past with Faction quality in the past but maybe they changed with the new ski.

the studios, as far as my rep explained it, are designed to be "freestyle specific." The prodigy is obviously skied as a freestyle ski but the design is actually a lot more directional than people think. if you take a good look at the sidecut it becomes more obvious. The studio 0 and 1 are meant to be more freestyle, bi-directional versions of the prodigy apparently

demoed studio 1s, which was super sick, but definitely not for ppl who like to jib and butter everything. Felt super solid everywhere in the park, especially on the bigger stuff. Just a solid ski that's crazy confidence-inspiring, but definitely more of a traditional symmetrical park ski versus your new-gen flexy jibby stuff.

Maybe I feel that way because I usually ride wets lol
 
Anybody else? I’m considering the Faction Studio 1’s w/ Pivot 14’s. I’ve had 2 pairs of Prodigy’s which were great, but the Studios are supposed to be a true park ski with equal twin tips. Thoughts?

Skied ten days on the studio 1 and they’re a sick park ski
