Does anyone else think this site is getting weird as fuck?

1. Too many parents/ adults with a Facebook, Get a life you don't need to be spying on people that are still in high school. Plus you don't need to sit on Facebook at work/ home all fucking day. Also being friends with school administration will just get you in trouble.

2. Every girl on Facebook posts stupid ass quotes and they bitch constantly about how terrible their lives are.

3. People need to stop taking mirror pictures, it's not myspace.

4. What is the purpose of posting 10 thousand status's everyday? Go outside!

5. Truth is/ to be honest... So fucking annoying!

6. People check their facebooks every second especially if they have a smartphone.

i agree with all of those statements cept for the parents one, my dad uses his fb for business and to connect with old friends he lost touch with back in highschool, but the rest of those statements are completely valid
 
the only people that hate on facebook are the ones who dont use it to their advantage. you are describing ways not to use facebook, and its also very judgemental by the way. Most parents use facebook for business purposes or a very easy way to connect with long lost friends.

I for instance am able to communicate daily business with a great attorney in kentucky, he lives across the continent from me!

Quit bitching about facebook, it's an amazing website.
 
I know. I've "deactivated" my account 3 times, because you can't delete it, and each time it got reactivated by someone other than me
 
he is right. this guy is right.

its useful for organizing events with friends, posting funny videos to friends walls, chat, and sometimes someone will have done something interesting that shows up on their wall that im glad i saw.

thats all i really use it for,
 
I'm allowed to voice my opinion about Facebook. I use Facebook to it's advantage, friends that moved away, ski community, etc.. If you would have read the posts before you ran your mouth you would have understood.

Okay now let's reword a few things, i agree that there are parents out there that use Facebook for business purposes..

BUT, i have seen countless parents post random shit on my friends walls and comment on pictures and shit like that.. just straight up weird.

Also, i know that at least 50 percent of my teachers/ school admin sit on Facebook all day everyday during class, and a lot of people are friends with them. I have seen people get in trouble over this shit because of the nosey teachers.

 
Once you leave middle/high school this goes away for the most part. Or maybe I'm just not friends with people that stupid.
 
its a huge waste of time. i pretty much right off any girl that i see looking at facebook on their laptop during a class lecture. seriously, the class is only about 1:15 to 1:30 hours long. if you can't last that long without seeing updates, you need help.

but it all depends if they are off the scale...then i can overlook some things.
