Facebook wall-post spam... fuck

So for the second time now my facebook account has auto-sent spam to the walls of a bunch of my friends. This time the message looked like this:

Katie is just the one i clicked on, but it inserted my friend's name into each. Anyone else seen this problem or have any idea how to stop it?
 
change ur password, theres some fake pages that can steal ur password/email and will log into ur account and spam ppl like that. shits happend to me on both facebook and myspace
 
i dont know if ive sent any messages but i have received some
i remember when this was a huge deal on myspace and i think you just have to change your pasword
 
well for anyone that may have this happen i emailed facebook using the 'help' section yesterday and today all the spam posts disappeared. sweet
 
heres my story concerning it.

i use a mac, which people will say is SUPER IMPOSSIBLE to get viruses, but in reality its not, but this was unrelated. basically i was chillin at my comp, on face book, i dont remember how it happened but i opened a new page or something and it came up as the sign in page, which i thought was weird cause i was already signed in i thought. so i sign in. soon after, same story as you. reason being for me, i was being a dumbass and didnt stop and think, shit this is one of those sign in scams. so afterwards when i would try to sign in, itd be like your password was compromised or some shit and i hadda change it which fixed it. what you need to do is make sure everytime you sign in at the top of the page it sayshttp://www.facebook.com/etc,etc,. that way you know its facebook your signing into, not someting else
