F*** Skateboarding Big Ramp: Watch this!

dude, watching danny way in skateboard big air was unreal, that man is not human, plus the skateboarders were boosting way higher than the bikers
 
lets look at the facts here, skateboarders are on skateboards. bmxers are on bikes. everyone in skate big air was hitting the big sides. in biking, the big tricks were being thrown off the middle jump.
 
do you know how much harder it is on a skateboard and htey wer going bigger so according to amped 3 they were getting more points

And that was the most half assed double flair I think I've ever seen. He didnt even get close to going inverted a second time.
 
ummm, "fuck skateboarding"? ok...first off, who do you think invented the 'big ramp'? yea, it was danny way, that baby is his design, his passion, and his last 6 years have been spent perfecting it. so if you like what the bikers are doing on it you had better pay your goddam respect to danny way.

second, have you seen any bikers fall 40 feet straight to flat bottom, or have you seen any bikers snag both feet on the lip on the landing....

not to mention, danny way, after what looked he broke both feet, fought off medics just so he could continue competing. He then STOMPED his run. Lets see any one of your bikers do that.

now i've got nothing but respect for bmx bikers, i've got several close friends who are bikers, but you need to have the same for skateboarders.
 
Danny is a tank...but the bmx guys had better tricks this year for sure.

either way, anyone who hits those features has my respect. The shit is huge and the bails are insane
 
i think you mean triple tail whip back, but that was crazy. he couldn't bring the double around, so he just tried to huck a triple on his last jump.
 
he actually caught his feet on the coping, then went back to do another run, stomped the flip, but slipped out hard on the landing on the qp and hit his head super hard, then did another run and that was when he stomped the whole thing. i dont get why they dont show that in the highlights
 
Oh come on, dont get caught up with a thread title i put up to gain attention.

I skateboard, I never owned a BMX. Therefore i aprreciate skateboarding as much as you do. Maybe even more.

Still: BMXers owned the Mega Ramp. Skating can't really compete.

Just my 2 cents. Didn't want to show any disrespect.
 
Rollers will destroy the mega ramp...has anyone built their own to practice/get footy on?
