yea mine looks about the same as taht, except a couple degrees warmer. and it is raining here right now
 
WEATHER PATTERNS CHANGE GET OVER IT, global warming has very little to do with it, the degrees trends from year to year changed to little in last 100 years. Like not even a degree. Some years it gets cold early sometimes it doesnt. Upstate ny near buffalo got two feet of snow in september for godsakes.
 
where do you live, state , province because i bet you your barried under proabally a foot of snow and if you were somewhere like ottawa, montreal youd be agreeing with me, and wheather patterns do change but its not suspossed to be 10 degrees celcious on the fucking 13th of dec.

I not one to believe in global warming is caused by pollution. Thats something communist liberals tell us because they hate industrialization. The earth goes through warm/cold trends naturally. But yeah, this warm weather sucks mad balls. I’m in a state of depression over this weather.

 
warm and cold weather happens naturally, but there is something to be said about affecting the atmosphere. Not saying we are evil, but it does have an impact.

but there are some crazy fluctuations over the past decade that are pretty concerning, but whatever.
 
i live in yankee lake ny, sullivan county... I already got days in at hunter killy and creek. The local mtn blew snow and couldnt open but we set our rail up there. I'm making the best of this besides blaming global warming. Weather patters change, the years its so cold and snows above average nobody claims right? So the weather warm, give it time. this year there was less hurricanes then what was predicted and this huricane season was below average, nobodies complains about that, shit changes.
 
ok i was just joking with my last comment, but the amount of Co2 we are pumping into the atmosphere is having an effect on the planet and youre a ninny if you deny it.

my theology teacher was reading a thing from the newspaper today...it said that the polar ice caps were melting and we expected them to completely melt by the next centruy or two...but now "new research" has shown that we can expect no ice caps by 2044...ill be in my 50s...uh oh

I just hate it when the media and politicians start ranting on pollution and whatnot especially when there are other countries that pollute 1000 times more than we do.
 
the properties of C02 has the least damaging effect on the atmosphere, it is the sheer quantity that we put into the atmosphere is the problem. the world however does work on a radio wave, so two positive and negative parabolas repeating. our emissions only raise the maximum point higher on the negative parabola. its not going to continue to climb, eventually when we're all dead it will begin the decent towards the x-intercept and then people will begin to complain every year that the winters are getting colder and colder and that maybe we should increase the greenhouse gases to insolate the atmosphere.
 
yeah i know what you mean, but to be honest canada hasnt improved the situation, i mean even the US has reduced its emissions.
 
global warming isnt real we might just be going through a warmer period in time. for example a long time ago there was a really warm period in time then they went into an ice age and back into a warmer period, global warming was non existant back then so it couldnt of effected the change in the weather.

global climate change is real in my opinion
 
You chose to live on the east coast. So accept your lot or change your circumstances. By the way those 14 day trends are almost never right. They are wrong at least half the time. Quit bitching about global warming in any case. Bitching never solved shit.

who chose to live anywhere?... trust me i do not want to be living in cleveland, but its here or tampa florida, so id rather live here. id say the majority of us out here would rather live out west but we cant necisarrilty "change our circumstances"

but for me it was 55+ today. last week it was 22 with 6 inches of snow on the ground
 
even if the u.s. changes or northamerica as a whole.. It doesnt matter because what about india or china, they are getting more industrialized and are as bad as us but have less moneyto fix it

Yeah thats what I was getting at. If global warming is really going to happen and if it is going to cause the end of the world as we know it, there is nothing we can do, because its not just "the western world" making the problem.

ok, i was joking about gore to piss off any republicans, i didnt really like his movie because it was al gore giving a lecture about something i already know about. Plus it had some rediculous sappy segments where he talks about his farm and how its changing blah blah blah...

anyway, i do my best to be skeptical of both sides of the argument and take things with a grain of salt.
 
i should also add that that is just a guess on your part, maybe china will switch to nuclear and hydro electric power exclusively, who know?
 
I think it was last year or two years ago that Whistler experianced the same weather (warm/rain) that the EastCoast is experiancing now this time of year. That year, Whistler also got some huge dumps later in the season so mabye that's what is going to happen in the east this year. Just a positive thought to make me feel better looking out the window and seeing rain
 
A 1 degree change in temperature is a lot more significant than it sounds. increased temps however result in more precipitation...its a matter of whether or not your resort is at a high enough elevation for that increased precipitation to fall as snow rather than rain.
