The site is actually very lax. Here's how it works:

You download a movie, it lowers your ratio if you download enough. Every hour you seed, you get half a karma point. If you seed 2 movies for an hour; 1 karma point etc etc. When you get enough points, you can buy shit. Like you can buy invites and you can buy upload gigs. So if I get 65 points by seeding a shit ton on a few movies, I get to buy 2 gigs of uploads. Which means I can keep a good ratio without actually uploading a real movie. You get 1 point for commenting thanks. 1 point for posting in forums. 8 points for going in a poll. 120 + 20 for each vote if you fill a request. And 30 if you upload a torrent. The site is based on people uploading and then seeding. Pretty simple.
 
oooooh. I dunno its one thing to download a major motion picture but to rip off ski movies? come on.

so views aside on downloading ski movies, i know theres quite a few NS members who use this site and have been doing so for many years

It seems down at the moment and I have been busy enjoying summer to keep up to date with things, anyone else no whats going on or has the domain name changed?
