Okay. I'm from Denmark and I am going to do high school in the US, I will be living with an american family to learn how to be "american". I can choose the state I wish to live in and I would like a state that has alot of skiing posibilities, so heres my question! What state would be the best for me to make an application for? :)

utah might seem good at first but if you get placed with a mormon family you will probably fucking hate it, so maybe colorado, or utah if you know youre not gonna be living with a mormon family

I feel as if applying in cali might land him somewhere that is far from skiing or with a family that doesn't ski, like the beach region or the bay.

You wanna get to know America? Come to Utah. You'll find a microcosm of lib, con, dem, repub, religious cults, anti-religious cults, great food, skiing, good education, climbing, hippies, wingnuts and hipsters.

If you want you could live with me, I'm on the east coast but I ski every weekend at sugarloaf, it's pretty baller. And if I get money I'm very happy to take you in

California, Washington, or Oregon.......
Stick to the west... then you can have beach and snow.
And as far as california goes..... family might not ski... but the winter community is huge so it doesn't really matter. He could score a ride all too easy.

Colorado would be cool too..... but I think the beach wins. At least that is my reasoning.

haha u could live with me in utah but you would be sleeping on the couch the whole time. it wouldn't be the best living environment either but i guarantee you would have a great time

why would you want to learn to be American?!?! haha

colorado for sure, PNW is awesome but it rains constantly, olorado gets sunshine all the time, plus there are no bugs, plus it's colorado.

whoa whoa whoa you get paid to take in an exchange student? you can live with ian compton for $290 if you PM me.

I wouldn't rule out Maine either. When I was in high school, family friends of mine always had an exchange student that skied, and they went to either Sugarloaf or Sunday River every weekend. Just a thought

ocean shores is kewl.....thats about it. if you're gonna live in washington, stay close to the sound my foreign friend

Washington all the way! We have better mountains than colorado and you can ski until like August.
Also are snowpack isn't made out of wafer cookies so you can actually go shred steep pow every day with out insta-dying the second you cross the rope.

you win. But we have the jiberish store in co! And jumpstreet! But I suppose you have a beach. Either state would be sick?
