I used to lift all the time and got pretty big. Now I just drink and sleep and do shit all day. I want to get back in shape but I can't get motivated to get my ass running or to the gym everyday. What do you do to help?
I am in your same situation, I just drink light beer and move my feet around when I sleep until I fall asleep, that burns some calories, and I walk to class really fast
get some people to go with you. That way when u dont feel like going they will make u, plus its more fun. make a set schedule so u cant just be like "ill go tomorow" every day.
yeah i have the same problem a lot. so i sign up for like cc and everythign so its like im being forced to do it. but i go for bike rides on my own and i dont know how i get motivated for those.
yeah im the same, i havnt got fat, my guns have just gotten smaller, i tryed to start running but that was way too boreing, but i did start playin frizby with my mate every now and then and that works a treat!
You just have to do it, i was in the same situation after the summer ended, the first week sucks cause i lift at 5 30 AM, but then it just becomes rutine. You just have to sack up and get to the gym, i find it impossible to get up, but once i start liftiing i just cant stop. Just include it as your daily rutine and make it manditory
if i started going out with a guy and he wasn't fat, i don't know if i would dig it if after 6 months he started getting really tubby. some people think in the way that they have someone they want to continue to impress.
get into an organized program, like a swim team, so that you have to go to regular practices. i say swim team because that's what i was going to do this winter, but i couldn't because i'm way to busy. however, i do believe swimming will get you in the best shape the quickest.

For me, I saw a photo of me and I looked fat so I spent a summer eating really well and exercising and I lost 40lbs. Now I have nothing to do at school and still eat healthy but don't get much exercise so I'm going to start running to add to the stupidass exercises I do in my dorm room.
get hardcore into backcountry skiing. that way, you have to ski to the mountain, and up the mountain. after 5 or 6 runs, you'll have had a damn good workout.
