OK, I'm feeling the chill in the air these days, especially in the mornings. The leaves are about to turn and that only means one thing: out-of-control-labor-day-sales-by-every-retailer-in-the-game!

Oh forgot to mention that 2007 Armadas and K2s are trickling into the store...if you want a nice fall preview drop on by...there's a cool new jukebox in the store you can play with...keep dropping by to see some of the interior changes we're making with exterior changes on the way...you may not have to enter through the alley anymore :)

Thanks NoTeefa...it was funny, Grace, our manager sent out a company wide email asking for names...most of them were pretty ridiculous...not saying this ones not either, but we need something catchy...

alright that is what it should be then, not bad actualy when you think about it. I mean it probly will be the the only rale jam around. defenitly the only parking lot rale jam.

yo kevy...funny you mention that! we just hired a new shop tech for the winter. his name is Cale and his legit as far as I know. He's just getting things organized back there and I'm sure he'd be able to help you out no problem. He loves doing it.

Here's what Cale had to say about joining the Evo team:

Hello All,

I had the opportunity to meet a few of you Evo folks at the 80's party, but for those that I did not meet, Ill throw out a quick little into. My name's Cale Anderson and I will be taking over the ski and snowboard shop this winter here at Evo. Previously of the Olympic Sports ski and snowboard shop, I rode Oly into the ground next to your very own Gorio. But now I'm finally back in the biz of fixing stuff here at Evo.

You'll most likely find me in the shop in the afternoon into the evening as I'm a full time student at Lake Washington Tech just a year shy of a degree in Mechanical Engineering. When I'm not in school, Ill probably be in the shop. When I'm not in the shop, Ill most likely be seeking out some dirty trails to ride my bike on, some mountains to board down, or some way to get my blood flowing. If its dark out, Ill probably just be seeking out some dollar PBR. What can I say, I'm frugal.

I'm looking forward to spending this fall/winter with everyone here at Evo and getting to know you all. I encourage everyone to stop into the shop or stop me here in the store just to say hello. I know there's still a lot of faces I have yet to see. That's all I have for now, but when the time comes to tune your sticks for the season, fix that core shot, or put that gnarled edge back in place, bring 'em on in to me and lemme show you guys what I can do.

-Cale

By the way Kevy, saw you in the article for ETC about the LA road trip! I took that trip I think 3 times with the fellas to Harambe Center...I'll never forget those times...

This store is just amazing, and it keeps getting better. Too bad I'll be in Europe for the sale, I really need more ski brand softgoods....

ETC? LA road trip? i have no clue what you're talking about. different person i assume. thanks for the info though, i'll have to stop in this weekend
