Evo has a stupid deal on Smith goggles right now if you haven't noticed

Last year's Smith Squad XL's for $58.49 USD with free shipping (only difference from this year are the color options from my understanding)

I/Os for $95-114ish and I/OX for $114-133 as well. There are also other models, Asian fit versions, etc. on sale. I was bummed my Spy Ace's didn't fit my Smith Maze so I'm happy to say I scooped up some Squad XL's in a colorway I liked.

I mean if you need any other lens options it is a no brainer. I didn't really need new goggles but I wanted something similar to my Aces that just fit my Maze a bit better so I went for it. They are sitting in my mailbox right now, can't wait to get home.

Nice dude. Did you go with the XLs too? I got mine in he mail yesterday and I did notice that it's slightly different than the model on the website. I ordered the black ones with the silver and rose lenses. Evo showed that model being a collab between some small streetwear company that I never heard of (and from my research neither has anyone else) and it had their logo on the strap. Luckily the version they sent me was just he standard black Smith one and I'm pretty stoked about it. I mean it's not a big deal but it's nicer looking I think. Just wanted to let people know just in case they wanted that collab for whatever reason.

Great thread. I went ahead and ordered some new goggles, thanks. Don't be a fool like me and go with standard shipping, unless you have the patience to wait over a week. If I could do it over again I'd pony up the bucks for speedier shipping.

Honestly I probably should have went regular Squads but the XLs are fine with a helmet. It looks weirdish without a helmet but I have my Spy Aces for that I guess. I really dig how the strap actually bends the lens to fit your face. Even if the goggles are too big you can get them to fit. Enjoy the goggles man.
