I placed an order at evo.com three weeks today and ordered new skis, bindings, boots and two pairs of goggles and for some reason they still havent arrived. I cant track them either becuase the email address i used i no longer have access to also i tried calling multiple times on multiple days(including today) any advice on what to do
 
They usually have very good costumer service, i would call them again on monday and tell them everything.
 
Keep calling 'em, also get a new email and write them. Try calling up the company they're shipping with, maybe they can help you. As far as i know, evo.com is a legit company.

Screw Evo. shop at backcountry. Free 2 day shipping on orders over $50, and you can't beat their return policy.
 
why do kids make these threads and smear companies names? like just deal with it yourself, evo is clearly legit

 
thats crazy, ive always had great service from evo

its been a while, but im pretty sure you can direct IM somebody at customer services through their website. (or maybe they dont do this anymore?)
 
Are you sure you placed the order? I mean if you used a debit/credit card (which you do to order online) then you should see a withdraw from EVO on it.
 
alright buddy i made this thread for advice on what to do i never said anything bad about evo i am just unsure on what to do so you can go f*** off
 
Evo's customer service is 10/10, and shipping is also 10/10. I've bought 3 pairs of skis, bindings, and ski bag, and have never had a problem, shipping was quick, and when i called looking into a warranty it was far better than i expected.
 
Just got off the phone with them and they made a mistake the package was never sent they are sending it with two day shipping i will be getting it wensday :D
 
Yeah never had a problem. I sort of wish they weren't so successful. I liked finding more shit in the outlet.

ABout 6 years ago was the first time I bought anything from them. I got a $150 wakeboard that was supposed to be blem but was actually not for 150. Also got a free wakeskate and tshirt plus free shipping. Deals like that.

Dirt cheap snowboards and other stuff. Now I use if when I'm buying online to support them if they have what I need but the outlet isn't nearly as dope as the old days. I might get a helmet form there though. P
 
Evo are great, ship internationally quite quickly too.

The real question is who orders something then "loses access to the email" which they used? You special.
 
Seem to be legit and have purchased from them a few times.

Last time was weird though. I purchased something one day, then checked back on the items price the next day and it went up by 20% but they had a 20% off deal that brought it back to the same price I paid.

I was going to cancel my order to get the 20% better price, but alas, they jacked the pricing to offset their new 20% off "deal". Kinda shady IMO.
