Everyone who hates Hummers say I

i dont agree fuly w/that. i think that the tahoe/yukon lineup is nice and very modern. Id take a denali over and escalade, granted they r both made by GM, they do look different. are vettes still fiberglass? if so they need to upgrade that shit. I like saabs too, they r GM.
 
to watch how americans wasted there gas with cars like these is so irresponsible and makes me sick. i don't even know if more than 10% of you,amerinans, know the importance of the word environment protection, especially your fuckin' president mr. bush. and if you belive it or not here in germany exist vans which need less than 2 gallons of gas averaged(diesel) and here you are allowed to drive as fast as you want.
 
Saab is pretty much the only thing GM has going for them... everything else they make is the same old trash that's hanging on by a thread... clinging to the tired old "Buy American" market.
 
i know people in germany that drive jeeps that just as bad of gas mileage as a hummer does. im sure some of your old shitty cars arent helping the envioirment either. also the fact that europe has about 5xs the people per square mile than the US, thats why europe is so pro enviorment.
 
Hmm what is the importance of the "word" environment protection. First thats two words jackass, second "enviromental protection" works alot better in that instance. Until you get your speech above grade 2 you are not allowed to have opinions anymore.
 
Im not so much hating on Hummers as Im hating on the people who drive them. Elitist, rich, tasteless, tacky people who you'd likely meet at Disney World smoking at a table while their obnoxious kids run around. Its so much a question of fuel economy, or off-road ability (which I think is bullshit anyway no one ever needs to go off-roading), its about the assholes that sit behind the wheel and look down their noses at all the sensible people who have to deal with them.
 
So you've met every single person that drives a hummer and experienced them being elitist assholes? (as you said originally).
 
who cares about fuel economy. Everybody in my family drives SUVs. My jeep gets about 13mpg my parents expedition and mountainair get 10 and about 12 respectivly. People buy suvs knowing that they get shitty gas mileage. H2 get abotu 12mpg anyway. H3 get about 17. Why do you say offroading is dumb?
 
I love Hummers and my brother in law is the Manager of a Hummer dealership....if I had the money I would buy one...will probably buy an H3 next summer after I finish grad school...I love that they are an elitist vehicle and that not everyone can afford one...pplus they are bad ass off-road....there is no vehicle I would rather have for powder chasing
 
its disgusting how people have total disregard for helping to lighten the strain on the environment. Its the most inconsiderate thing ever to just not care about everyone else on the planet whose gas prices you are driving up by unnecessarily driving around enormous cars.
 
When skiing turns shitty because of global warming, SUV's will have had a huge role in that. Hummers are truly shitty cars. They are too big to even manuver in cities and narrow streets, and most people who drive them are dumbass moms who think they need "protection" or some dumb shit like that. Maybe they should just learn how to drive. And don't say I'm jealous, because my family definitely could afford a Hummer, but we choose not to buy one. One, because they are tacky, snobby, and wasteful, and two because they are completely impractical.

The designers of the H2 are brilliant though. They saw how stupid many Americans are, and exploited that so all of you H2 owning people bought a piece of shit for $50,000.
 
so basically you dont like the people but instead of saying "i hate those rich people who think they are better than everyone else" you say "i hate the truck that some of them drive"? why not hate on asian kids whos parent buy them porsche turbos and M3's when they can barely even drive? Why not those cocky guys driving around in sports cars ripping around cutting everyone off? Surely these people are just as annoying and are more dangerous that someone who is driving an h2(which really isnt bigger than other suv's out there) Or is this really is about the truck, about fuel economy, why not hate on the durango or excursion? or if its about looks (when the h2 isnt ugly at all imo) hate on the aztek (ugliest truck ever created) or whatever else you feel fits that description. basically most people just dont like hummers because some of the people that drive them are asses. I agree but the other 95% of hummer drivers are decent people who have money and decided to get a cool truck with it. honestly i love hummers and i just dont see the point in all the hate. do something more creative with your time.
 
I Would role in a H1 anyday. But yeah, i'd have to say that the H2 and H3 ruined the hummer name and don't really serve a purpose.

Any skier who says they don't care about the environment or wasting gas or the ozone are absolute morons. I'm sure you'll all love it when the earth's average temperature rises by 5 degrees and the winters suck. Driving Hummers, or any other wasteful SUV is unneccessary and detrimental to the environemnt. Many SUVs are as bad as Hummers, but Hummers are more of a target becasue they are so ostentatious and agressive looking.
 
i DONT care about the ozone, ect. My winters in WI suck already, so im not really loseing out on anything. Also by the time that there is actually enough effect to raise the tempetature, we will at be old, decrepeled and not skiing anymore. Dont get me wrong, im not promoting pollution, im just saying there is alot bigger things that we need to worry about before that.
 
why is this, b/c we have different views? You seem to just be stating your opinion, while i on the otherhand are using facts to support myself, along with my personal opinion.
 
all hummers are fuckin awesome, dont rag on people because they can afford them and have more money than you
 
I would only want a hUmmer if it had a 50 cal rear mounted with some sharpnal protection and a vanity lis that read DIEFUCKERS . Then it would at least be useful.
