Everyone Needs a Hatveit Attitude

^truth.

-His parents own a ski resort

-He just got married to a cutie

-He is a top professional park skier

-He gets to travel the world

-He has the dopest backyard set up EVER!

haha I would be very stoked as well

He has always been one of those nice guys. I remember i met him in his local ski resort. Such a nice guy who's happy to help you out with tricks and stuff, gotta love his attitude

He came to nebraska to slay rails, thats sayin somethin. Not to many guys come to my shithole of a state for movie parts..............

For those who keep asking why Simon gets hated on it's because he's not even close to that attitude. Hatveit is a great guy on top of being a great skier.

agreed, dude seems awesome. and i bet its hard to stay cool when working at the top of your game against other insanely good skiers. im not jealous of any comp skiers

love his attitude. wish more people ski with it it makes me mad when people throw a huge fit and cuss when they don't land a trick

I love Andreas. I have never seen him without a smile, and he is not above using his time to teach people easy things like 180s on the flat. His blog is great.

andreas is the man, super positive always stoked, i used to see him at breck sometimes always talkind and down to just have a good time skiing

andreas is the nicest guy on the planet, stoked on everybody, loves giving out props to kids, works his ass off open to close.
cant say enough good things about the guy.

Did this one some time ago at a meeting to save me from sleeping... He is a cool dude

he seems like such a chill guy, and his smile is contagious, i always smile when i see him on tv

Read as - Note to Dumont.... ??

Couldn't agree more... He has so much stoke, but without having a stokeometer explosion every 5 minutes like Tanner (which i love because it makes me laugh every time....)...

My stokeometer explodes everytime I click into my bindings regardless... and that is what everyone should be like... full stop... even when i Re-click into my bindings everytime I eat sh*t hard....

It's just the best thing ever!

Got to meet and chill with Andreas for the first time this week. Such a down to earth and humble guy. I was impressed with his style off the hill as well as on. So stoked on life, skiing and all of the other skiers out there!

agreement with the title 100% his attitude is one of the best things anyone, skier or non skier a person can have

other skiers with this attitude. please tell me if i'm wrong.-bobby brown-sean pettit-wallisch-Garrett russell-pollard-benchetler-TJ-Bertoni-what others?

if you ever watch an interview with him or if you watched the alli show on him i think you would would see that what you thought was cockyness was just him goofin around and having fun. for example when your riding with your friends you never say something like " watch im about to blow a load of steeze cheeze all of over this handy nothin you can do about it... dawg" but i definately see where your coming from he does have a pretty big personality.

Wallisch can get pretty frustrated when he doesn't stomp rails. A lot of swearing :)

But yes, most of these guys just love to ski 90% of the time.

i think i speak for eveyone when i say that i would have his attitude if i were him, backyard resort jumps and whatnot

Well, happiness feeds happiness. If you're happy, everything seems better making you more happy. So don't worry, be happy.

your a fucking idiot. just because simon is extremely competitive he should be hated? your a fucking idiot, kids on here dont even know why they hate simon. its just the cool thing to do

couldn't agree more. after watching JOvideoblog a lot last season and seeing how stoked he always was and when he went out to watch Jon race, I was impressed. Seems like a super chill guy and has the talent to go with it.

hatveit has been my favorite skiier since day 1. Just watching him makes you happy and smile. Watch any interview, like jon olsson's. "andreas how are you? STOKED!!!" (insert massive smile here)
definitely a key ambassador of our sport

nah i respect that he's competitive, but he's far from sportsmanlike. i can't remember i saw that guy smile in a comp because it seems like it's all about himself and he hasn't won x-games since 05 or something.
your also the one calling me an idiot when you have far less of an idea of who i am. that's called being a hypocrite.

This...
he's up there equal to Andreas fo sho.... the kid lives and breathes the sport - for those talking about simon and competetiveness, non more competetive then Jossi, but he's always too high on life to get too down and f**ked off when he does bad... EXAMPLE - he was gutted with his x slope performance, but turned that neg energy into positives and got his pipe game on...
To me, Jossi and Andreas are where it's at - Simon is a showman at times - when he fucks up, he wants to make sure everyone see's how pissed he is with himself... which is a waste of energy... Shit happens, move onwards and upwards...dont dwell....
