it scared the shit out of me... it looked like the ground turned purple for a sec, it was ridiculous.

one time wen i was away, my neighbors were watchin the storm thru one of their windows(2 girls were like 10 at the time) and one hit my driveway

A tree outside my bedroom got hit directly by lightning. It was the loudest noise i've ever heard. It's about a 50 foot tall pine, and six foot long splinters of wood lodged in the side of my house.

turns out during a storm 2 days ago, a bolt hit some1s house just down the street from me and put a hole in the ceiling of the youngest kids bedroom...good thing they were on vacation
