Never even considered the possibility of this happening. I had a dream the other night that made me gag almost to the point where I vomited. The main plot of the dream is fuzzy, but it was something like I was employed by the government or some private company to clean bodies of the streets. And there were dead people just everywhere, for no reason. So I was going about my business fine, until some lady (who I assume was some kind of boss) came to talk to me. She said something to the effect that she had another body for me to get rid of, to which I said I'd take care of it. She then turned around, and started making some strange noises and movements, like a cat coughing up a hairball. I asked her what she was doing, and she turned around, and there was a green human hand hanging out of her mouth, She was regurgitating a human body she has previously swallowed (whole, somehow). I woke up at this point gagging, it was the strangest thing ever.
