You all have that one really bitchy teacher, right? Well I have one, Ms. Logsdon. I was in her class and she asked me if I had my homework. I didn't, so my reply was "No." She then pointed at me from the front of the class and told me to "Get my shit together." Funny part is, the principal had quietly walked in the class and was sitting in the back of the room, observing. She took my Ms. Logsdon in the hall and we didn't see her the rest of the day. Today, the sub said she wasn't coming back till next week. Definitely the high point of my day

 
That's cool, but you probably should prepare for the buttpounding of work you're going to have when she gets back.
 
You probably deserved it. This is one of the many reasons America is turning into a nation of panzies. Strict/no nonsense teachers need to come back.

You better not be one of those soft teachers that lets stuff slide haha, OP you might hate those teachers now but trust me those people actually prepare you for the real world.

 
suspend a teacher for saying "get your shit together"? what is this world coming to. I've heard/seen teachers do much worse.
 
My friend did hahaha...he is Mexican and the teacher kept being racist...asking him if he jumped the border and if he likes taco bell. The entire unit that we were working on Mexico if anybody had a question she would just tell him to answer it. He told the principal and after having a parent teacher conference and the teacher denying all of it. They looked at the cameras and got rid of her. Everyone hated that teacher and we all cheered when they announced she was fired. Hahahahha
 
And people wonder why so much of our generation is lazy, useless, and still feels entitled to a free ride through life.....
 
At my school in like the 60s the kids were allowed to bring their guns to school and they would shoot squirrels during lunch haha. My school was also the site of the first school hostage situation in the united states... Hmm......
 
He didn't do anything...but she shouldn't have gotten suspended for that, and massive bad luck that the principal had just walked in.
 
Now you are just assuming things, all he said was that when the teacher asked him if he did his homework he said no...if there isn't a less smart ass rude way to answer that question I would be interested. But, you are probably right, as I heard this was an 8th grade teacher the OP probably is a smart ass (who wasn't in 8th grade), but it is still the teachers fault for cussing when her boss was in the room.

For example, I work in a bar, as a bouncer, I deal with drunk fuckheads all the time, and when my manager is in the office I am pretty blunt, 'get the fuck out,' etc...But when my manager is downstairs watching me, 'sir, I'm going to have to ask you to leave...' same thing, her fault for not being aware the principal was there.
 
i'm glad you made two threads about this. i really wanted to be reassured of how badass you are for doing absolutely nothing to get your teacher suspended.
 
Maybe you're a lazy piece of shit with a lot of potential, and she's pissed off that you're wasting your life away.

I was the same way in high school, and you don't realize how frustrating that is until you're in the teacher's shoes.

it'll be funnier someday when you try that with a boss, only instead of them getting suspended, you get fired.
 
I remember in grade 6 when the first DVD of hairy potter came out, my teacher was a huge fan so he let us watch it in class and we were all stoked for missing a day of class. The next couple days our teacher wasn't there and we later found out it was becuase some kid told her parents. The snobby parents happened to be extremely christain (dad was a pasture or some shit) complained that we were watching witchcraft and thats close enough to worshipping the devil. Our teacher got suspended for a few days and we were stuck with the vice principle for almost a week. Fuck overly religious people.

I can't believe our school system. she may be a bitch, but she's right. its her job to turn you from a lazy p.o.s into an educated adult.
