nope i never have, and i didnt get the chance to. i was visiting my g/f she is teaching down there til june. stayed in santo domingo and samana got to see an awesome ass waterfall and see the whales a couple afternoons on the beaches and so much other cool shit.

i found it pretty similar to any other caribean place. My favorite is still Jamaica, that place is rich in culture. They also have the best chicken. mmmm, jerk.

go to bucerias in mexico, its kinda the same city as peurto vallarta, to kiteboard, i was down tehre kiting like a month or so ago and its way good, super consistant winds

Dominican is fucking sick, when your there its 1000000000000 degrees hot, super humid, smells like a fucking outhouse full'a shit and piss, and the beaches are way overrated. i hope i helped your decision
