ESPN SCI Edit

some dope new axes going down. Paul Bergeron had a switch wobble wobble wobble thing.

and tommy with true switch cork just upside down at the end.

I love it when they were interviewing and some guy says its not scary at all, then right after the girl was talking about how scary it is

I'm so ready for this split-screen editing fad to die. It's one of the best ways to take away from the skiing.

super sick- stoked on anne and kerri hitting a 110 footer- sammy took every hit a god 40 feet down the landing

haha i think its creative but i never know which one to watch and feel like i get screwed over and miss stuff

how in the world does it take away from the skiing? it shows you 2 different angles, adding more too it.. i swear people like you find anything to complain about. god you must live a sucky life.

the park (blue sky black death remix) cunning lynguuists

and yeah wow keri herman might be the first girl ive seen who actually has style, mad smooth on that huge jump

that was awesome. so pissed they canceled it and then i had to leave. at least i got to see practice day.

that jump is so big

i noticed that in related videos afterward, it says "Sammy Carlson Switch Triple Rodeo" Apparently rodeo is the new cork

Well for me it's distracting because if I really want to see both angles, I have to watch that section twice. As a result, I pay less attention to the skiing, and don't notice as much detail. Doing different things is cool, and even necessary, to keep editing fresh; I think a better way to achieve the multiple shots on screen is what Evan Heath did starting at 1:38 in Tight!, where a new shot doesn't being until the skier is done with their trick in the previous shot.

I'm backing everything you just said. I can't stand the split screen. Maybe in a teaser, but otherwise it's just too much. I usually hate mid-air edits, too, but sometimes they just need to be done.

no rodeo is the new rodeo.. he did a switch triple rodeo 12.

so he took off backwards, did two switch rodeo 3's, then did a switch rodeo 5 all in one jump.

just to clarify
