so.. paris hilton got thrown into jail for violating her paroll.. my bro punched a cop.. and then got a dui on his paroll, and he never served a day, in fact, he still has his license.. he had the first court case ever that addressed the issue of the breathalizer being faulty cause he had 2 different readings that were like .01% apart.. bitchin!!
 
dont take the breathalizer if you know your drunk

im not sure why but all lawyers do this so im guessing

i took the breathalizer, blew a significant amount and had to do only 2 drug and alchohol assesment classes. i pretty sure the arresting officer was a family friend tho.
 
you don't blow the breathilizer cause it's not accurate, you take the blood test at the police station...it gives you more time to sober up if you're close.
 
I don't know why you are bragging/excited about your brother not getting into trouble with the law here. He got a DUI, which obviously means he was driving drunk, which proves beyond any reasonable doubt, that your brother is a STUPID-ASS-MOTHA-FUCKA. Driving drunk is one of the worst things you can do in this world, and you risk the lives of 1000's of people when you do it. Your brother is a fucking idiot, and so are you for thinking it's great that he got off without too much shit. He should have his fuckin' hands cut off so he can't drive anymore for being that fuckin' stupid. We don't need people like him, or people like you condoning his actions in this world.
 
don't take this to heart guys. i don't know what its like in all states but here in indiana, refusing to take a breathalizer is the same thing as admitting you are drunk. so either way you are fucked.

on a lighter note. how hard would it be to always have a handcuff key on you at all times if you plan on getting cuffed. i have a pair of handcuffs in my car with the key and i've always thought to just hide the key on me if i wanna go out and cause havoc
 
shut up! my mom was killed by a drunk driver. i fucking hate those people that are like it wont happen to me cause im invincible. fuck you! this is such bull shit. how would you feel to lose your mom to someone who thought they were cool
 
well i think hes stupid, and he is always drunk.. im not condoning it.. he had his head out the window to let the breeze go through it, thats why he got pulled over.. i was just pointing out that he avoided getting put in jail, and paris hilton didn't.. i thought it was rather cray
 
Yeah except for the fact that in the states, all it takes is a glass of wine with dinner and you're 'drunk'.

Literally I was pulled by an NJ state trooper for a 'routine traffic stop' (bullshit) and blew over the limit after having one glass of wine with a steak at my buddy's house. Of course this is nothing compared to the 3 or 4 times I've been pulled over commuting home from work (late at night) and 'failing' a field sobriety test while sober. Only reason I got away with the first case is audio tape of him saying 'routine traffic stop' (ie no probable cause, moron), when in court he claimed he stopped me for speeding.

So not only is the law ridiculous, but the cops are shamming dirtbags as well. I sympathize with the poor saps who actually even blow under the limit, but because a cop sees them 'swaying' on a field sobriety test, they still get slammed with driving 'ability impaired' or some BS. I've had cops gleefully explain to me in policing seminars about how they can give you a DUI based on your field testing alone.

What a crock!
 
that sucks dude...if your gonna get hammered just stay at home why risk your fucking life and everyone else around you in the first place
 
I dont condone drunk driving, but 1000s of lives? maybe if you are speeding through a parade or something. cmon man if youre trying to make a point dont sound so stupid.

i've driven while over the limit before, and I absolutely hate doing it. every time I have done so I have driven so well a state trooper could have followed me the entire way. and when I have, its been on mostly back roads, late at night, with no one else around. the real reason I hate it is I would be fucked if I got a DUI, also there is a 6 thousand dollar ticket added onto the additional shit you get for a DUI in virginia.

i have driven much much worse while tired. like I drove one time so tired that its almost a miracle I didnt crash my car, but I really had no choice but to drive anyways.

you can go ahead and rip into me if youd like.
 
Negative karma for being such a jackass. Drinking and driving is not cool, its reckless and extremley dangerous.
 
im gonna have to agree with that, punching a cop is one of the more badass things you can do. Ill give props to anyone who hits a cop.
