Does anyone know anything about the Line Eric Pollard Pro Model that is coming out this year? What length it will be, etc. Thanks.

Its coming out sometime, no reason to get all worked up over it. Word on the street is that the are 186, with an 85mm, 86mm waist. Thats just speculation.

I think they would be the same specs as the old darkside, cuz eric rode those a grip, plus line replaced the old one with the non park new ones.

186 is perfect for skiing the whole mountain... and it's about time line got a midfat twin.

i didn't come here with pants, and i'm not leaving with pants

Line already has two mid-fats: the SS and the MN pro models. The EP is fat, no way around it (just not super-fat like the Mothership)

yah, but skogans are useless anywhere outside the park...for me anyways. They chatter on the groomers and suck in pow.

An EP mid fat that is stiffer and can actually go places would be sweet.

have you guys seen the Pollard poster with him jumping over that rock? It was in The Front Line. On the poster it has a design that looks like a ski shape. It's a mountain or something. Maybe that's part of his graphic on the ski. Or I may be shitting myself.

gregg why do you always seem to think that any ski under 180cm is a short ski? we're not all 6ft tall and 175 lbs

....west

West, why does everyone think that anything over 180 is a long ski? We're not all 5'8' and 160lbs

Personally, I think it's great that there are still skis that bigger guys can use to rip any and all terrain. I've been pretty dissapointed that Line and other companies haven't been making all-terrain twins (well, Head and Volkl do, but I purchased my Dragons in order to support Line). Right now, I'm quite happy to see that there may be something new for me to use now.
