Eric Pollard Injury Update

I fin it extremely hard to believe that there are "essentially no medical services in town", Sochi is a city of 350.000 people, they must have a hospital? Maybe they're talking about some local mountain town? Anyone know this?

damn EP is such a legend got me into freestyle skiing- mad vibes to you eric get back on dem skis

respect eric, you look really healthy. stoked to see you back out there soon. all the best!

But seriously. Stoked for Eric.

Aha oh god, what have you done to Isabella or whatever his girls name is? Lol...

Stoked to hear that he's going to be back out shredding! Some of the paint work he was doing during his downtime looked mighty awesome. Glad to see he made the best of a pretty bad situation.

The mountain on which they host the skiing events is 45-60 minutes away from the actual town of Sochi. And the town that they held the test events has 50% of the town still being developed to house the athletes and spectators. I guess the hospital will be last to be built too. I heard some really sketchy reviews from friends there, but nothing as bad as this. Poor guy, hope he heals up fast I know how debilitating foot drop can be.

He's skiing again via some preseason twitter photos. And he has signed with Dakine outerwear, leaving K2 before their products ever hit shelves. I always expected him to be on Dakine, and it didn't make much sense when he wasn't on board. All is now well in the world. As for his injuries, time will tell I guess. No specific updates that I've seen.

line skis uploaded this on youtube... early season at hood. looks like he's back at it!!!

I'm' still unaware if he lost some permanent mobility in his foot or not. Regardless it seems like that won't hold him back. Shred on EP!

That EPOV is from last season's early season. Notice he's on the Opus from two seasons ago. I could be wrong but I remember season that video a while back. I think LINE is just showing some EP love.

I love when a girl gets prematurely stoked!

Seriously though, I hope Eric is feeling good this winter.
