ooo god, today was fucking kickass, I was about 1/4 of the way in the line before they opened the peak, and it was amazing, 3 feet of fresh, steep, although i should have gone on blackcomb since all the americans always go on Whistler but i didnt know it was a holiday. But it was epic...

on a side note, baker's closed until wednesday, so apparently, that means every person in the lower mainland that doesn't know any better decided to come up to manning this weekend, along with all of the hemlock refugees... christ, line ups were freaking ridiculous today

My ski patrol buddy had first tracks down Whistler bowl and shale slope. FUCKER! I rode blackcomb. First time riding in 3 weeks it was a nice welcome back.
