I was thinking on the way over from my girlfriends house this morning, its ridiculous how little the US holds its leaders and government accountable for shit compared to other countries. Carl Rove and Alberto Gonzales for instance - straight up 'forgetting' information or refusing to answer questions due to executive privilege. Why does our population let that shit slide? Do people just think Capitol Hill is another Hollywood or something?
 
Thats a scary point to consider and it makes me wish i was around during the 60's because those were the times when the masses stood up to the government and did something about it.

I guess the internet changes that though...
 
thats why im glad i live in canada...where if something goes to shit, they just call an election and dissolve the current government...instead of having elections that cost billions of dollars, and primaries and all that bullshit
 
True...plus Rick Mercer got to play floor hockey and build pillow forts in the Prime Ministers house with his kids...haha...i dont see GB letting Colbert into the oval office :P

Awesome pic. I was there actually and I plan on doing the same thing when I graduate. Hopefully it's not Hillary though...I would be a sad panda if I had to chest bump her.
 
I like photos like these of bush, like this, him smacking volleyball players asses etc. They make me like him more. But him screwing up wars, patriot acts etc. make me like him less.
