So I am just really impressed with these skis and thought I would share some pics and thoughts with anyone that is interested in these. I rode the 130's last season and was impressed, however there was a build problem with the first pair that I got. There were bubbles in the top sheet and the wood core was exposed above one of the edges...bad construction to say the least. Luckily I was able to return them and get a new, well built pair of 130's.

When I got these I was much more impressed with the build quality. Everything looks perfect. And I am really impressed with the innovative ideas coming out of LINE these days. I know that a lot of the other companies have realeased skis similar to these but I feel that LINE is much more focused and dedicated to the ski development process. They are a skiers company and nothing else. They are always trying out new designs and technology and are innovators in the industry.

The main drawback to LINE's in the past has been the build quality. So I think that if they have fixed that problem then they are going to start really escalating in the industry. I am sure this will be faced with a lot of opposition but fuck it....I got some EP Pro's!!!!

Awesome!! Those might become my second new ski this season for fooling around if I can spair some bucks here and there.

How much effective edge does it hold? That early rise is... uhm... pretty early indeed haha. Well not that those are expected to be used on anything else then powpow

What binding are you going to put on them?

actually those skis fit into the interior very well... I would just hang them up on the wall... a "little" piece of art

Putting STH12's on it, yeah good choice, not much that can beat those. Is there actually metal incorperated in those to? Ah never mind, I'll google it.

Now let's all say our prayers for a epic winter...

The STH 12's have metallic heel reinforcement. The STH 16's have the reinforcement in heel and toe piece.

I do ride hard but I am also relatively short and light so I don't think I will need the 16's. Do you agree? Or do you think 16's would be better?

STH 16s have more metal in them correct? If so, go with those, they will last you longer. Also, you should be fine riding at 9, I think.

According to your weight you should be somewhere around DIN 7-8 I guess (out of my head)... taking in account charging hard and aggresive skiing, as far as that is possible on such a soft ski (I truly have no idea) you'll be fine with the 12's

Yeah was thinking that to, but figured the price difference would be to much for what you get more... little did I know! 07' 914's retail for 20$ less then STH12's on untracked.com

Put some of those on if I were you
