well there really hard to do. mine took realatively(sp) little time to make because its on the side of my driveway and theres tons of snow but man are they hard to hit. THere really intimidating and hard to get the balls to get high on them. I dont know if i made it right but suggestions on how to make it better would be apreaciated and i would like to see other home made ones.mine is about 9 feet high, a little steep for my likeing but its hard to make them perfect.

I would suggest bringing the lip away from the tree a little. that way you hit the lip and can go really high up the tree and then push off..doesnt really make sense. but yeah

ive always wanted to make one ever since i hit one at whistler, i just never could get myself to build a ramp big enough to get speed.

yeah thats what im useing it for. right now i can sort of ride up the pole 50 50 and then go sideways when im at the peak, i think what your saying would make it easier though.

this is one we made at my friends house late season last year

unfortunately, we didnt let it set so it got ruined fast, and we didnt have much speed. the quarter pipe is about 7 ft tall

I made on on a tree once, but I didn't have much timw so it was super small. I could stall on the tree like 6 inches up from the take off, which is nothing. when you're making anything like a quarterpipe or soemthign though it takes a ton of snow and is really tricky to get just right, I find.

yeah def bring the lip away from the tree, otherwise you wont have enough time to set right before hitting it. Other than that, the sizing looks good on it. Just remember to set it otherwise you'll get wrecked if you forget to rebuild it.

me and a friend tried doing that in a weird way with some palots but it didn't work the greatest.

just move the lip back though
