So being the jackass iam. I got sucked into a speedtrap. I got a 40  in a 25, no licvense and unlawful tint. I only have to go to court for the no license but thats if i pay off the rest. Any thoughts on what could happen or any dumb NS legal advice from anyone who got in the same boat. I know this isnt the place to ask but im just wondering before or any suggestions. No hate like DUUUDE WHY DID YOU DRIVE UNLICENSED. it was on a residential road and i was going up hill and they got me at the base of the hill. soo thanks in advancve

As for the speeding, you can get off. The tint, you can get off. The no license, that will be tough. There isn't any excuse you can use, but there may be a legal loophole. I suggest talking to any cops/lawyers you or your parents know. Cops can hook you up.

wait, were you simply driving without your license on you (for example, did you leave it at home), or do actually not have one (or have had it suspended?)

If you merely left it at home, I thought there was some rule where you have a certain time period to retrieve it for them without getting in trouble (since they can look you up using their on board computer anyway.)
