I told them to make me and hat and we got the order done and i send him the money 2 days later and over a mounth later still no hat and he wont answer any of my emails.
 
do you have the contact information? because its your own fault that you get jacked if you dont have the correct contact information
 
i haven't had a problem, he sent the hat.. i recieved it and then i sent the money like a week later. In a money order.
 
yea iam just pissed that they took my 20 bucks i thought these guys were good guys i guess not no one should buy from enom
 
do u have any record of sending it? if it was a check then cancel it if it hasnt got back to you, if it has then you can take it to court

they sometimes take two fucking years to get to ppl, so just wait about 10 more months and it should be at your house, no joke thats how long it took for my friends hat
 
u guys gotta understand us that it takes time to make a custom hat and not always do we have the colors u want right on hand. AND we have lives too....this aint no chinese sweatshop
 
hey, if homies wanna operate like a legitimate business with a website, customers, advertising on NS, then they better act like one and start fixing consistent target dates for when they'll ship hats. no exceptions.

well i think i got it all sorted out. I talked to a guy and he was out of town for a few weeks and his co worker got behind.

dude, thats harsh. ji clicked on his site and id buy his stuff if i couldnt make my own. his prices are decent, adn his hats ect. are great. Im sure if he got his own domain he would sell quite a bit. And i know what im talking about. I and a friend have had a little company for two years.

its understandable that youd be frustrated with the delay in receiving your hat, but i have been in the same situation as enom many times and there are so many factors that come from no where and always fuck things up and delay things. I'm sure youll get the hat and maybe a little something to make up for it too, who knows. just gently remind him and he'll be more likely to be swift.
 
i personally know the kids that make the enom hats, and one of them just recently broke his collar bone at park city, so if thats the kid makin the hat, it could be a while.
